Enjoyed the play. Difficult to sit comfortably in small seats for 2 hours without a break. Found the constant background music a bit irritating and unnecessary.

Wilma Engel

The play was absolutly excellent! I went there for 3 times coming from Germany and it was worthwhile! Lily James was amazing, the whole cast was very good, the stage design was completely different but fantastic.

Mr John Ronald Fenner

Not as entertaining as the film. The staging was distracting. The colouring was bland. I did not go for the video scenes. The vomit was unnecessary. Neither Margo nor Eve were comparable to the stars playing those characters in the film. Sorry about that, but you asked. Bill was engaging and on top firm. I also liked de Witt, who I found very credible.

MRS B D FINCH

Thought it was stunning. Visually clever and the main leads were phenomenal

John Green

It was a very slick, albeit emotionally stunted, production, with clever use of video. The problem is, with the seat that I had right at the back (U11), I could only see the bottom of the video screen. They did put small screens for us at the back, but it's difficult watching both screen and stage at the same time. I felt that, with what I paid, I did not receive value for money. Basically, the Noel Coward theatre with its antiquated design and lack of facilities, was simply not the right vehicle for such an ambitious production.

Jan Dobson

Very clever production. I enjoyed it immensely. The use of filming parts on stage showing all angles and what was going on in other areas was very very clever

Emma Gardener

Seen it three times, it was fabulous. Amazing performances by all - Lily in particular was fantastic and took over the stage. Gillian very funny and very well acted.

Gary Fleming

Electrifying, couldn’t take our eyes the the performances. The large screens focusing on the close up/off screen action was also an excellent concept

Andreas Studer

Beautiful staged, sometimes a little hard to hear on Royal Circle

Maria Sugranes

Excellent actors! Whole cast.

Parinaz Wrigley

Wonderfull performance by all and the set design was great too

Eddie

Really enjoyed this show. More so than I thought to be honest !! A good cast and obviously Lily James and Gillian Anderson were exceptional.

What's opening in London Theatre this month? (February 2019)

February is the shortest month and the month of love, which is definitely appreciated after the long dark days of January. You’ve made it through the post-Christmas drought of being careful with your pennies and now it’s perfectly acceptable (and totally needed) to treat yourself. Of course, there is no better treat than a night at the theatre and this month opens the door to some big names; show titles and stars alike.
