Our team are all working remotely to ensure the show goes on and you will find lots of fantastic musicals and plays you can book for, as well as our e-vouchers that make a great gift, on our website.
We understand there is uncertainty over when theatres will fully re-open so please be assured that if you’ve bought tickets from us for a show that has been cancelled, or if you buy tickets for a show that is later cancelled there is nothing you need to do. We will contact you with more information, including any options to exchange to another performance and details of our refund process.
Please do not contact us or your card company directly with a refund request.
When you have replied to us having received an email with information about exchanging your tickets for an e-voucher, rescheduled date or refund please be patient as our team is experiencing a high volume of enquiries and may take longer than usual to get back to you.
